The Intrapreneurs Forum (IF) is more than an organization; it is a movement for forward-thinkers and doers who recognize they can play a vital part in shaping the future success of their companies. Our mission is to foster a community for those who want to make a positive impact within their companies – to become an intrapreneur – and provide the knowledge, tools, confidence, and connections they need to succeed. We encourage individuals to ask the simple but powerful question “What If?” regardless of their role or level, and in doing so, embark on an intrapreneurial journey to unleash the potential inside their company and within themselves.

Our History

Founded in 2023, Intrapreneurs Forum emerged out of a simple yet profound realization: as the world of business evolves at an unprecedented pace, every employee can play a part in driving necessary change. In an ever-changing landscape, thriving companies will strengthen their competitive advantage by creating a culture rooted in intellectual curiosity, radical collaboration and the courage to act. And, at the heart of this culture are employees, the intrapreneurs, who serve as catalysts and champions, igniting sparks for progress.

Although intrapreneurship, also known as corporate entrepreneurship, is not a new concept, we believe today’s business environment demands, now more than ever,  the resilience and ingenuity intrapreneurship offers. The Intrapreneurs Forum  is now ready to guide the next generation of changemakers as they lead their organizations into the future by driving positive change from within.

Meet Our Founder

Shay Mustafa is a transformational leader with over 20 years of experience in B2C and B2B organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to co-founder of a technology start-up.  Today she serves on the U.S. executive team of a global multinational company where she is at the forefront of the company’s transformation.

Shay’s experience includes commercial roles leading multibillion-dollar brands and a track record of driving change in large, matrix organizations. Outside of the corporate world, she co-founded an ad tech start-up and was instrumental in taking it from concept to commercialization, resulting in Series A funding.  Her ability to consistently shape ambiguity, solve complex issues, and lead teams toward a common goal have been hallmarks of her career.

Shay is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, and holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she was awarded the program’s highest honor, and a BA from Rhodes College.
